Student Psychological Services Are Available at VGTU
Open, honest and purposeful conversation can help you to find the right answers in tough times, and guide you to feel better able to face difficult situations. Sometimes it may be difficult to deal with stress, anxiety or tension, or find a way out on your own due to unfavourable circumstances in your life.
Unbiased, non-judgmental and non-criticizing conversation can be very helpful in such situations. There are cases when talking to a friend or your family members is not enough. Conversation with psychologist guides you through learning and self-exploration process, helps you to recognise and understand your feelings, set reasonable goals, solve emotional and relational difficulties, focus on your inner resources and potential.
Student Psychological Services are now available to students as psychologist Gintė Gudzevičiūtė starts her work at VGTU. Psychological services are confidential and free of charge. Arrange an appointment to discuss your concerns or encourage a friend to do so if you believe they are facing difficulties.
You can contact the psychologist to schedule a meeting via email crypt:PGEgaHJlZj0ibWFpbHRvOmdpbnRlLmd1ZHpldmljaXV0ZUB2Z3R1Lmx0Ij5naW50ZS5ndWR6ZXZpY2l1dGVAdmd0dS5sdDwvYT4=:xx or phone +37068864266.
Student Psychological Services are provided in room 103 (old central building), Saulėtekis av. 11.
Student Psychological Services are also available in English.
