On 7-9 May 2018 Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) organised 3rd HR4ASIA Training Workshop „Retention and performance management“ aimed at building general understanding and developing practical skills and abilities of employee retention and performance management at HEIs from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam and Thailand. 

This Workshop was implemented as a part of the Erasmus+ Capacity building programme project “Strategic Human Resources Management for Southeast Asian Universities (HR4ASIA)” activities, coordinated by the University of Danang (Vietnam) and supported by the EU partner institutions (including VGTU): Agora Institute for Knowledge Management (Spain), University of Évora (Portugal) and University of Siena (Italy).

Training Workshop constitutes the integral part of the programme aimed at providing relevant know-how in preparation for modernizing different aspects of human resources management at Southeast Asian Universities. 

VGTU provided training combined of the lectures, case-studies, individual practical exercises, group discussions, on-site visit to the business Company to 24 participants from the project partner Universities from Southeast Asia and EU.
