Rankings: from ten most promising programs three are at VGTU
‘‘The most popular programs = the most successful career?" – such question is raised in the conclusions of MOSTA survey, comprising the ratings of the most popular study programs (491 program) as well as those of maximum wage (W) (392 programs).
At the rating, based on the maximum wage (W), even three study programs of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) are among the top ten. The third place takes the Engineering program of Antanas Gustaitis Aviation Institute (AGAI) Aviation Mechanics Department; the tenth place takes the Flight Control program of the same Department. The Road and Railway Engineering program of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering Road Research Institute takes the ninth place in the same top ten.
"Purposeful work will improve the popularity of the aviation study programs, because the needs for the specialists is currently on the rise, and the aviation sector is expanding very rapidly," – said Jonas Vytautas Jasionis, the Deputy Director of VGTU AGAI, commenting the results of the rating.
