Lecture by Renata Šmuskaitė (Barclays) "Working with different people"
The Faculty of Business Management is pleased to announce the lecture, to be given by Senior Business Design Analyst/ leading team in Lithuania at Barclaycard Regulatory Mandatory Change organization Renata Šumskaitė. The lecture will take place at 14.30 pm on 5 April (the Auditorium SRK-I 704).
The motto of Renata Šumskaitė „I believe in people growth and holistic approach through 3 lenses: physical, psychological and spiritual. If you look in 3 different ways at the same situation you will always have more than 3 solutions to choose from. Life is an amazing learning process from your own and others experience. You can always choose where to be and what to have… with one condition only – you got to know yourself better than others.”
Renata Šumskaitė graduated in Economics but for more than decade is interested in people behavior and psychology. She has 3 mentors and 7 mentees, is one of the Grow as a Leader programme assessors and leads Trainers club at Barclays Global Operation Limited Vilnius.
‘Working with different people’ is one of very simple approaches that you can use not only in your professional but personal life as well. The initial DISC model comes from Dr. William Marston, a physiological psychologist.
