Graduation Ceremony will be held on 25-30 June
We are very happy to inform you that the Graduation Ceremony will be held in the amphitheatre in the territory of VGTU’s Faculty of Environmental Engineering on 25-30 June.
This year we must follow the restrictions for events imposed by the government of Lithuania due to the pandemic. According to the current situation, we can organise events for up to 500 persons, and participants must keep 1 m distance from each other. Unfortunately, we will not be able to follow the requirements in VGTU’s Aula Magna – the usual place for graduation ceremonies. The university decided to have an open-air event and Graduation Ceremony will be held in the amphitheatre in the territory of VGTU’s Faculty of Environmental Engineering. All participants will have to wear protective masks covering the nose and mouth. We kindly ask you to bring your masks to the event.
We deeply regret that the number of participants is limited to graduates only. Naturally, your close friends and family members would like to be there on this important day in your life; thus, we invite them to join the event via live streaming on VGTU’s Facebook account. We will keep monitoring the latest decisions and recommendations by the Government of Lithuania and will follow them accordingly. If the situation changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will make our best to make the ceremony as smooth as possible, but certain things are hard to predict. It will be an open-air ceremony and we kindly ask you to think about suitable clothing. It might be hot, but it also might be a rainy day.
