You will contribute to planning, development and implementation of global solutions within operations management or business development. This involves identifying improvement opportunities, actively promoting sharing of best practice and delivering change initiatives – sometimes acting as lead consultant and at other times as project participant.

Graduate opportunities in Lithuania
We are looking for Business Innovation Graduates in Group Operations, which consists of 2,500 employees in six countries, is the engine of Danske Bank in the sense of delivering products and services to our customers.
We aim to make operations a competitive advantage for Danske Bank, by focusing on customer-centric, agile, efficient and effective processes, proactive risk management and high-performing global teams. Your focus will be to support this journey. Areas you could work within include operations management, organization development, Lean and customer experience.
