The library opens spaces for VGTU community
From May 25, members of the VGTU community can visit the spaces of the Central Library (Saulėtekio al. 14) and the specified reading rooms. Due to security requirements, only a certain number of visitors can visit the library spaces at a time. Community members have access to the following spaces:
In the Central Library:
- General Reading Room
- Active Learning Space
- Reading Room 24/7
- Aviation Science Space
- Space for collaboration
Reading rooms in faculties:
- Architecture and Creative Industries Sciences Reading Room
- Technology and Management Sciences Reading Room
Pre-ordered books are issued in the central library (1st floor, room 101) and the reading rooms of the specified faculties. Come to pick up the publication only after receiving an information message about the prepared order. Order publications in the VGTU virtual library.
Return publications through the return box on the outside of the building. Do not go inside the library. The returned books are put to quarantine.

Attention! If you are unable to attend the library, you can return publications per post:

What you need to know when you come to the library:
- Visitors can enter and stay in the library only with face protection (face masks, respirators or other);
- Visitors with the temperature exceeding 37.3 C and more as well as having signs of upper respiratory disease (e.g. fever, cold, sneeze, breathing difficulties) are denied entry;
- In the library must follow the rules of hygiene please disinfecting hands when entering the library spaces;
- In the library spaces must be maintained a safe distance of 2 meters between persons;
- You can use the printing self-service in the library;
- At set times the library spaces will be cleaned and disinfected. During the disinfection, the visitors are not serviced.
